Using AI and a private large language model, I created a demo using BetterTrack to illustrate the ease with which you could design, build and deploy a live operating model.


The demo explores the issue of skills and resources to support the UK nuclear industry. It also shows how to improve the alignment of strategy with operations and to assign, manage and report personal metrics.
